Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Loominos Studio. We strive to deliver high-quality customized prints and photo related products that bring your memories to life. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Customized Products
(Custom Prints, Personalized Photo Frames & Albums)
Due to the made-to-order nature of customized products, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Photo prints (Instax, 4R, 6R, 8R, and large format sizes)
- Custom photo albums
- Personalized or custom-sized photo frames
However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, we’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost. To be eligible:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item
- Provide your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
2. Non-Customized Products
(Ready-Made Frames, Accessories, etc.)
Returns and exchanges are accepted for non-personalized items within 7 days of receipt, provided that:
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Return shipping fees are borne by the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund (excluding original shipping fees) to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
3. Cancellations
- Customized orders cannot be cancelled once printing or production has begun
- Cancellations for ready-made items must be requested within 30 minutes of placing your order, provided that payment has not yet been made
- If the payment has been approved or the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible
4. Shipping Issues
Loominos Studio is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier companies or inaccurate shipping details provided during checkout. We will, however, assist you in resolving any shipping-related concerns to the best of our ability.
Loominos Studio takes great care in packaging and dispatching all orders. However, in the event that your item arrives damaged due to issues caused by the shipping provider, we will provide a one-time replacement or reproduction at no additional cost, applicable to both customized and non-customized products.
To qualify for a free replacement:
- 📅 Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item
- 🔢 Provide your order number
- 📸 Submit clear photos of the damaged product and original packaging
Once the claim is verified, we will proceed with the reproduction and arrange for shipping as soon as possible. This policy only applies to damage incurred during delivery by the courier and does not cover damage after the product has been received in good condition.
