📦Courier Options
We are integrated with EasyParcel, and your order will be shipped using one of the following trusted courier partners, based on your selection at checkout:
- DHL eCommerce
- J&T Express
- Flash Express
All courier options available for your delivery address will be shown during the checkout process, allowing you to select your preferred service.
💰Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically in real-time during checkout. Rates are based on:
- Your shipping address and postcode
- The courier company selected
- The weight and dimensions of your order
💡 Please note: Rates may vary between courier providers and are determined by EasyParcel's API.
🛍️ Self-Pickup (Free of Charge)
Customers may also choose to self-pickup their orders at no additional cost. This option is available at checkout under the shipping method selection.
Please note:
- Self-pickup is available only at our Kuchai Lama store.
- You will receive a notification (via Email / WhatsApp) once your order is ready for pickup.
- Kindly collect your order within 7 days after being notified.
- Our store address and opening hours will be included in the pickup notification or below for your reference.

📅 Sunday: 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm
📌 Public Holidays: ❌ Closed (unless specified to be open)
🕒 Processing Time & Dispatch
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Processing time depends on the type of product purchased:
✅ Ready-Made Items: Typically shipped out within 1 working day
🖼️ Customized Photo Printing Services: Requires 24 hours for printing before shipping
🪵 Customized Photo Frames (Handcrafted): Requires up to 5 working days for production before shipping
🚗 All orders are drop-off dispatched daily (Monday to Friday) to ensure efficient shipping.
📦 Packing & Handling
Every order is packed in-house by our team with great care. Our packing process is conducted under full surveillance to ensure quality and accountability. We are committed to making sure your items arrive in excellent condition.
📝 Disclaimer – Underlying Shipping Policy
Loominos Studio’s shipping operations are conducted via EasyParcel’s platform. As such, all shipments are subject to EasyParcel’s shipping terms and conditions, including but not limited to:
- Delivery timeframes
- Handling of lost or damaged parcels
- Compensation limits and claim procedures
