  • You will provide accurate and current information during checkout or account registration.

  • You will not use the website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Any misuse of the website, including attempts to interfere with its operation or access unauthorized areas, is strictly prohibited.

We specialize in photography and photo printing products, including but not limited to:

  • Custom photo prints in various sizes (Instax Mini, Square, credit card size, 4R–8R, and large formats up to 40R) using genuine Fujifilm photo paper.

  • Photo frames and display accessories suitable for home and office decoration.

  • Printing-related equipment and accessories, such as printers, photo paper, and other materials related to photography and printing.

All product images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Actual color, tone, or appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting, and material finish (e.g., gloss or lustre).

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify product details, specifications, or pricing without prior notice.

  • Discontinue or limit the availability of any product.

  • Refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent, suspicious, or violates our policies.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Accepted payment methods include:

  • FPX (online banking)

  • Credit/Debit cards

  • E-wallets (if available)

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway providers.
Loominos Studio does not store or have access to your card or banking information.

After successful checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review all details carefully — once submitted, orders cannot be modified.

5. Photo Uploads & File Quality

When you upload images for printing, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the photos are in sufficient resolution for the selected print size.

  • Owning the rights or permissions to use and reproduce those images.

We are not liable for print quality issues caused by low-resolution, blurred, or underexposed photos provided by the customer.

We may refuse to print or cancel any order containing offensive, illegal, or copyrighted materials without authorization.

6. Production & Delivery Timeline

Processing time typically takes 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time depends on your selected courier option and destination.

Shipping and handling fees are displayed at checkout.
Loominos Studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses, or customs inspection.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp, email or SMS.

9. Voucher and Coupon Usage
